Developed in response to classroom observations, coaching discussions, teacher input, and administrative feedback, this course was designed by GHAEA Early Childhood Consultants to address the diverse needs of the children, educators, and programs we serve.
This course equips early childhood providers with foundational knowledge and practical skills to deliver equitable, inclusive, and high-quality education. Grounded in evidence-based frameworks and aligned with federal and state guidelines, it addresses key practices such as child identification, assessment, collaboration, and individualized instruction.
