This course is designed for paraeducators supporting Statewide Voluntary Preschool  Programs and seeking the Early Childhood Paraeducator Certificate

Please note you must take this as a license renewal credit to count toward certification.

This course will provide a vision for educators on the importance of literacy development to children’s education. Focus areas will include emergent literacy behaviors, environment, and the role the adult plays in the development of literacy in the classroom.
